The other day when I was recording a live Facebook beer tasting video things went wrong.

The beer I had just opened, a delicious and boozy Houblen Dobbelen IPA Tripel from The Ticketybrew Company, started foaming and just wouldn’t stop.

I didn’t stop the video and spent another six minutes trying desperately to stop the flow of foam, hilariously making no real progress in the mess and non-stop flow of foam.

This beer, which was a Canada Craft Club exclusive, was a limited release. As mentioned (very briefly in the video), it contained some of the elements from a solid Belgium beer that I enjoy and then finished with a mild yet distinct IPA citrusy flavor.
